Back to the basics: how to make a negative from paper to metal

I´m not kidding here!Transfered all dimensions to paper first and cut it with scissors and a metal ruler.Not too shabby.

I was asking one or two local companies for a laser cut plate. But they all wanted DWG or DXF, which I don´t have the skills and tools to create.
