Finally, an out of the box ready to mount front fender kit for your BMW K75-K100 series or R100 R aka "Mystik" bike or custom build project.
 
A lean, clean, simple and light weight (440g) motorcycle guard. Made from press-formed 3mm thick 5052-T5 aluminium. The use of thicker aluminium allows for a completely clean design without any ribs, rolls or flanges, while still remaining light and strong.
 
This fender kit was exclusively designed to fit the BMW OEM Showa and Sachs/Fichtel forks.
 
At Rubbercow Motors we believe in the freedom of choice and support individual custom build options. That said the fender comes without pre defined drills. We neither will tell anyone what the perfect angle is nor what height of the fender you prefer. The design of the mount(s) allows various heights.
 
Even on top of this we offer 2 different washer options for the mount to fender connections according to your choice.

- 2 CNC manufactured aluminium mounts left and right with pre-drilled holes (1mm EN AW-5083 /  3.3547 / Al-Mg4.5Mn) Only 17gram each!
- 4  Panhead screws ISO 7380-1 stainless steel A2 / black M4
- 4  nuts ISO 7380-1 stainless steel A2 / black M4
- 4 washer  DIN 9021 stainless steel A2 / black M4 big or
- 4 washer  DIN 9021 stainless steel A2 / black M4 small
 
Mounted high for scrambler applications or low and tight for cafe racer applications and anywhere in between.  Available in mirror-polished finish and in a raw finish (straight from the press) for applications where the guard will be painted or even treated to a 'brushed' look.
